How to get elevated right to run migration from ADLS gen1 to gen2

Hi, We have a COSMOS VC that we've using for years, now we need to migrate from ADLS gen1 to gen2, and during the process, I found out that I don't have enough right although I'm listed as owner for that VC. How can I get elevated right? Thanks

You required to migrate from gen1 to gen2

Additionally, CSS confirmed that you do not have permission to register the Microsoft.Storage resource provider in the Azure subscription.
