1. Go to the Microsoft Support website to find the appropriate contact information.
2. If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can start your service request online by going to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you are not an admin, you may need to contact someone who is.
3. In the admin center, select Help & support on the bottom right side of the page. You can type your question or keyword into the text box and follow the prompts to connect with support.
4. If you need to speak with a live person, type "Chat with an agent" in the search bar and follow the instructions to contact support.

1. Is it your first time to redeem a Product key? If yes, just go to https://office.com/setup and then enter your key there. You will be asked the MS Account that you will associate with it.
2. If you have purchased it from MS Store, you won't be needing a key. You can download and install it from your MS Account.

To do that, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please sign in your MS Account with your subscription.

Look for your MS Office subscription from there, next to it you'll see Manage and then Install button. Then please follow the prompt.
