To connect your HP DeskJet 4200 series printer to your computer, follow these steps:

    1. Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can do this by checking the printer's display panel or settings to confirm it is connected to the same network as your computer.
    2. Add Printer in Windows: On your computer, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners. Click on Add a printer or scanner. Windows will search for available printers. If your printer appears, select it and follow the prompts to install.
    3. Use IP Address: If the printer does not appear, you can add it manually using its IP address. In the Printers & Scanners settings, select Add a printer using an IP address or hostname and enter the printer's IP address.
    4. Install Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download them from the HP website or use the HP Smart app to assist with installation.
    5. Run Printer Troubleshooter: If you encounter issues, you can run the built-in printer troubleshooter in Windows. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and select Printer.

These steps should help you connect your printer to your computer successfully.
