Microsoft has limited my tech support. It wants me to wait 24hrs. I don't have 24hrs. There's has been an issue with my 365 outlook email. All my deleted and junk emails that I delete will return, once I close my outlook and restart it gain. My emails are pilling up to like 800 emails. I should only have like 5 emails in my inbox. I have called several times. They have fixed it and stated its a known issue. It was a bad software update. my last tech support really did nothing and couldn't fix my email. Tried calling back and now it says I exceeded my daily limit and need to wait 24hrs. I don't have 24 hrs. I need my emails active daily its my livelihood.

All I want is help and need my outlook fixed. I pay Microsoft a monthly fee for this.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your Outlook email where deleted and junk emails reappear after restarting the application. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, including software bugs or synchronization issues. Since you mentioned that this is a known issue related to a bad software update, it might be helpful to check if there are any updates available for Outlook that could resolve this problem.

In the meantime, since you've reached the daily limit for tech support calls, you may want to consider the following steps:

    1. Wait for the lockout period: Microsoft typically enforces a cooldown period after reaching the daily limit for support calls. It’s advisable to wait for 24 hours before trying to contact support again.
    2. Use the Microsoft support website: You can visit the Microsoft support site to find troubleshooting articles or community forums where you might find solutions from other users experiencing similar issues.
    3. Check for updates: Ensure that your Outlook application is updated to the latest version, as updates often include bug fixes.
    4. Consider alternative contact methods: If you have access to online chat support or community forums, these might be quicker ways to get assistance without waiting for a phone support slot.

If the problem persists, you may need to wait for the support limit to reset and then reach out again for further assistance.

Open the Settings App, go to Windows Updates - Update History, what is the KB number of the latest update installed, is it, KB5074109?

If that is the latest update installed, this is an ongoing problem with Outlook after the January KB5074109 Update, that update is affecting Outlook POP accounts, this is being reported by many people after that update.

If that is the latest update installed, Microsoft have released an out of band update (KB5078127) to resolve the problem with Outlook.
