Minecraft account fully deleted, still getting billed for a realm that I purchased in the last year

I have multiple minecraft accounts under the emails I am logging in with, yet when I use the portal, it says that I need to purchase the game again.

I am getting billed for a realm on the same email that I logged in with, how is this possible?

    Hi Miles Low,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

I know how confusing and worrying it is to being billed for a Realm but the system acts like your Minecraft account doesn't exist anymore.

Minecraft Realms are tied to a specific Microsoft account, not the profile itself. Even if a Minecraft game profile was deleted, the billing might have stayed active under the Microsoft account used to pay for it. You should check by:

    1. Visit https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
    2. Confirm if the active subscription is listed or not.
    3. If yes, Manage and Cancel subscription.

I wish I could offer more direct support; however, payment-related issues often involve private and personal account information. As this is only a community platform, we do not have access to such sensitive data to verify and resolve the matter. I strongly suggest you reach out to chat service for real time assistance:

    1. Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in
    2. Search for your problem > click Get Help to make request
    3. Scroll to the bottom and click Contact Support to connect to an agent
    4. Select the right categories that most closely match your issue.

Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.

I hope the information above helps guide you to the right place to resolve your issue. Thank you for your time!

It seems you are experiencing issues with your Minecraft accounts and billing. If you are still being billed for a realm despite having trouble accessing your accounts, it could be due to the realm being tied to a specific account that you may not currently have access to. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Account Access: Ensure that you are logging in with the correct email associated with the Minecraft account that originally purchased the realm. Sometimes, multiple accounts can lead to confusion.
    2. Contact Minecraft Support: Since you are facing billing issues and account access problems, it would be best to reach out to Minecraft Support. They can help you verify your account details and resolve any billing discrepancies. You can submit a request through their support page.
    3. Review Billing Information: Check your payment methods and billing history to ensure that the charges are indeed for the realm and not another service or subscription.

If you continue to have issues, contacting Microsoft Support may also provide additional assistance regarding your account and billing concerns.
