When I tried searching on Bing, I suddenly couldn't find anything and got stuck in this state

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. Looks like your Bing website is not loading. Usually this issue occurs due to faulty browser. Have you tried to refresh or clear cache and cookies already?

Kindly check and follow the steps below:

Please open MS Edge, please click the (three dots) to open the Settings.
Please go to Privacy, search, and services, under Clear browsing data, please tick the Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files.
Please choose 24 hours and hit Clear now.
Please close the browser and relaunch it. Kindly check if the issue persists.
