To speak with a live person at Microsoft, you can follow these steps:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and provide the necessary information so they can call you. This way, you can directly communicate your issues to a human representative who can assist you further.

Unfortunately, phone support for consumers (home users) appears to be low priority to Microsoft these days. There is a support chat, available via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus . Users report that getting the correct assistance may be a time-consuming process, though.

You have posted in a user-to-user forum which means that nobody here has access to your account and billing information (and we obviously shouldn't have).

What is it that you are trying to do? Cancel a subscription? Or make changes to it? Please elaborate a bit and somebody may be able to point you in the right direction.
