If you prefer to receive support via a direct phone call, you can submit a support request (ticket) to Microsoft Technical Support through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. After you create the ticket, a support agent will proactively contact you to provide direct assistance.
How to create a support ticket:
Note: The steps below require you to have Admin permissions on your Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com using an account with admin rights.
- Select Help & Support.
- Enter the subject: Need help with Microsoft Office for Non-Profits.
- Click Contact Support.
- Choose your preferred contact method.
Once the system receives your ticket and assigns it to a support agent, the agent will proactively reach out to you and assist you directly until the issue is fully resolved.
If you are unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you will need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection team for assistance in restoring access.
How to contact the Data Protection team:
• Please use the following link to call Microsoft Support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2#ID0EBBD=signinorgid
Instructions when calling:
• Reason for the call: AdminCenter
• Role: Global Administrator
• Request Description: Mention the keyword “AdminCenter”
• If asked whether there is any other admin available → Answer “No” so your call can be routed to the correct team and a service request can be created.
