Can not find vc_runtimeMinimum_x64msi file and install anything

Hello! I encountered an issue with installation and same thing happened when I downloaded and tried to reinstall it. What would be a solution for that?

Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.
To fix this issue when installing Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime package, make sure you are opening the installer as administrator, if the issue persists, go to C:\Program Data\Package Cache , delete all the files and folders inside this folder and try installing again.
