Hello all. My computer recently ran into a bug with my art program where any attempt to open or save files caused the program to crash. This is strange because my PC is a month old. I got it in December. After much suffering and attempting to fix in various ways such as running an update fix. Nothing has worked. After coming to the conclusion that the only way to fix this error was to go back to the previous version of Windows, I went ahead and tried to do that. Unfortunately, this caused the windows to open first the bit locker recovery, and then stick me in the boot options forever. Any attempt to put in my bit locker key does not let me through to the next screen. Trying to reset the computer to factory while keeping files does not work. No amount of troubleshooting can get me past this blue screen of nightmares. Can anyone help me recover my PC while keeping my files? I don't have any access to backups as I am currently abroad and cannot return home for a few weeks yet.

If you are able to force your PC into the recovery environment, have you tried all options in there, including uninstalling the latest update, a System Restore, Accessing Safe Mode... etc. and are they all failing or blocked by Bitlocker?

With regards to your files, do you use any cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files to the cloud.
