Hello,

I am looking to test few scenarios as mentioned below on Windows 10 Azure VM which is joined to Azure AD. Machine is accessed using RDP. Please let know if below scenarios are possible to test:

  1. Enable access to various users to this VM to login using their organization (Azure AD) credentials.
  2. Policies applied through Intune (apps deployment or PowerShell scripts) should be available to both users when they sign-in to the virtual machine

I did some testing and noticed that policies are getting applied to only one user who joined the device to Azure AD. For other users, it says device assigned to someone in organization and functionality will be limited in Company Portal app. Is it possible to configure this Azure VM as shared PC or multi-user device so that the policies are available to all the users who sign-in to the machine?

If not, any alternate options?

Thanks

@Anjana R , We can use Microsoft Endpoint Manager to manage Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session remote desktops. Microsoft Endpoint Manager only supports managing Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session with device configurations. This means only policies defined in the OS scope and apps configured to install in the system context can be applied to Azure Virtual Desktop multi-session VMs. Additionally, all multi-session configurations must be targeted to devices or device groups. User scope policies are not supported at this time. For our situation, Please confirm if all the prerequisites are met and if our policy is defined in OS scope, if the app are deployed in the system context. Here is an article for the reference:
