NOTHING HAPPENS. Just a blank white box with a gray circle that spins and spins. No error messages, nothing. I do not have this problem with ANY other websites, JUST GROUP ME. someone please help, thanks!

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with logging into GroupMe. Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps like clearing your cache, disabling your ad blocker, and restarting your browser and computer, here are a few additional suggestions you might consider:

    1. Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, specific browsers may have compatibility issues with certain websites. If you haven't already, try logging in using a different browser (like Chrome or Edge) to see if the issue persists.
    2. Check for Browser Updates: Ensure that your Firefox browser is up to date. An outdated browser can sometimes cause issues with loading certain websites.
    3. Disable Extensions: Besides the ad blocker, other browser extensions might interfere with the login process. Try disabling all extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check Network Settings: Occasionally, network settings or firewalls can block access to specific sites. Make sure that nothing in your network settings is preventing access to GroupMe.
    5. Use Incognito Mode: Try accessing GroupMe in an incognito or private browsing window. This mode disables extensions and uses default settings, which can help identify if the issue is related to your browser settings.

If none of these solutions work, it may be worth reaching out to GroupMe support for further assistance, as the issue might be on their end.
