computers missing it's not registered to microsoft, but my download for my computer shows

I have lost my computer. Tried to see usage, but says no registered devices. It shows my computer download mmmoye. I haven't had my computer for months. Don't want to buy a new one ifs it's somewhere here and not stolen.

You may only check your device from this link https://account.microsoft.com/devices, please note that it will only show there if your MS Account is signed in to that device. If your computer hasn't been used for months already or it was already reset, I'm afraid that it won't show on that website anymore.

Note: The Download mmoye is just an app download record, and cannot confirm that your device is still connected to your account.
