I never set up a authenticator and i purchased OFFICE 365 cannot install to my desk top

Hello i have 2 issues

My first issue i never set up authenticator for my account

Moderator note: personal info removed so i cannot enter a code becuase it keeps asking me for one

I have the authenticator app but i cant get the QR code because it keeps demanding a non existant code

Secondly i purchased office 365 business

did i purchase the right thing if not please guide me i need a license for microsoft business apps for my UPS store thank you

    Based on your description, you have two issues: you're locked out because Microsoft Authenticator is asking for a code you never set up and you can’t get a QR code and the second one is you purchased Microsoft 365 Business for $163.31 on Dec 23, 2025, and need to confirm whether this is the correct license for running Microsoft Business apps at a UPS Store.

    Firstly, you need to contact to your IT/admin of your organization. Your company IT team or Helpdesk may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. As forum moderator, I do not have administrative access to change these settings.
