Dear @Transplant West,
Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!
First of all, I’m sorry you’re having a problem and for the situation you encountered, I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
Based on your description, I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to scroll or edit the bottom portion of a task note after the on‑screen keyboard opens on Android.
I have also reproduced this issue in my test environment. When editing longer task notes, the on‑screen keyboard covers the lower portion of the note, and further scrolling is not possible. I understand how disruptive this can be when working with longer note. Additionally, I noticed that you mentioned experiencing the same issue on Windows as well. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue on your Windows device? In my test environment, I’m able to add notes and scroll normally on Windows without any issues, so having a screenshot would help me better understand and further investigate the behavior you’re seeing.
At this time, there is no permanent workaround available on the Android side. As a temporary option, we recommend editing longer notes using Microsoft To Do on the web version, where this behavior does not occur.
I also encourage you to submit feedback directly from the Microsoft To Do app by going to Settings > Help & Feedback, as user reports help the product team investigate and prioritize this issue for a future update.
Please understand that as forum moderator, my primary goal is to provide helpful guidance and support through general troubleshooting steps. While I don’t have access to internal systems required to resolve account issues, I truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations. I genuinely hope the information I share helps guide you in the right direction, and I'm always here to assist as much as I can within my scope.
As I have already reported to the product team, if any updates or announcements are made regarding this feature, I will make sure to share them with you as soon as possible.
Again, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day!
