Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Does the iiNet email address appear on the sign-in page when you try to log in to Outlook on the web using your Gmail address, in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome?

If so, try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies:

    1. Press Ctrl + H to open your browsing history.
    2. Select Clear browsing data.
    3. Make sure Cookies and Cached data/files are checked, then click Clear.
    4. Restart your browser.

Next, open the Password Manager settings in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

If you see your old iiNet email address saved there, remove it from the list.

To remove an obsolete email address from your login options, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, old email addresses are stored in your browser's cache or cookies. Clearing these can help remove the obsolete email from the login prompts.
      • In most browsers, you can do this from the settings menu under privacy or history.
    2. Manage Account Settings: If the obsolete email address is linked to any accounts (like Microsoft or other services), log in to those accounts and check the account settings. Look for any options to remove or update email addresses.
    3. Update Login Information: When logging into services, ensure you select the option to remember your login information only for your current email address (your Gmail address). This may help in preventing the obsolete email from appearing again.
    4. Use a Password Manager: If you frequently encounter issues with login prompts, consider using a password manager. This can help you manage your login credentials more effectively and avoid confusion with obsolete emails.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult the help section of the specific service you are trying to log into for more tailored assistance.
