Does the iiNet email address appear on the sign-in page when you try to log in to Outlook on the web using your Gmail address, in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome?
If so, try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies:
- Press Ctrl + H to open your browsing history.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Make sure Cookies and Cached data/files are checked, then click Clear.
- Restart your browser.
Next, open the Password Manager settings in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
If you see your old iiNet email address saved there, remove it from the list.
