I need my surveys and results!

Question

Hello,

I created the following surveys and they were running, and now i cannot find them. I need them urgently particularly to view the results for the analysis, may you kindly assist?

Name of Surveys:

1. Generative AI Use in Learning and Assessment (****[Moderator note: personal info removed] )
2. REGENT Business School Postgraduate Research Supervisor Survey (****[Moderator note: personal info removed] )

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. To help narrow things down, could you please confirm a few points for me?  

First, have you tried signing in to Microsoft Forms and checking whether the two surveys appear under the My forms section?  

If you don’t see them there, please click on the Recycle bin option within Microsoft Forms and check whether the surveys may have been deleted accidentally. If they’re listed in the Recycle bin, you should be able to restore them directly from there. 

It would also be helpful to check the OneDrive associated with the account you originally used to create the forms, as related files or backups may still be present.  

In addition, please confirm whether you’re currently signed in with the same Microsoft account that was originally used to create these surveys, as forms are tied to the specific account that created them and won’t appear under a different account. 

Once you’ve had a chance to go through these steps, please feel free to reply under this post with any updates or findings. I’m looking forward to your response so we can continue assisting you further.

To retrieve your surveys and view the results in Microsoft Forms, you can follow these steps:

1. Check Your Forms Dashboard: Log in to Microsoft Forms using the account you used to create the surveys. Your surveys should be listed on the main dashboard.
2. Search for Surveys: If you have many forms, use the search bar to find your specific surveys by name.
3. Access Results: Click on the survey you want to analyze. You can view the results by selecting the "Responses" tab. Here, you will find analytics and can export the data to Excel for further analysis.
4. Check Shared Forms: If the surveys were shared with you or created by someone else, ensure you have the appropriate permissions to access them. You may need to contact the creator for access.

If you still cannot find your surveys, consider checking your email for any links or notifications related to the surveys you created.
