Getting the error Service Unavailable. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later when attempting to redeem an Office 2024 product key.

This is happening after I enter the key and get given the option to download the 64-bit or 32-bit. Both result in this error.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated, or a link so I could speak to someone in product support.

    This could be a temporary error; in that case, just try later.

    However, the specific Office product you have may also be relevant to the issue. Which product did you purchase? Office Home 2024? Office Home & Business 2024? Or something else?
