You can check the possible reasons why the email did not appear by using Message Trace in the Exchange Admin Center.
Please follow these steps:
note: The following steps require an account with administrator privileges for the tenant.
Step 1: Go to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com
Step 2: Select Mail flow → Message trace → Start a trace
Step 3: Enter the required information (sender, recipient, time range, etc.)
After completing these steps, the system will display detailed information about the email and indicate the reason why the email was not successfully delivered to you.
