Is PowerBI subscription delivery email a scam

I just received an email from "MICROSOFT POWER BI<no-reply-powerbi@microsoft.com>"

Something about my account being billed $89.99 for the "GamerPro" annual plan. I have no idea what that is.

It is probably a scam, but it does use an email shown to be microsoft.com. It also appears to use the logo properly. Further, is +1(888)668-9834 a legitimate telephone number for your fraud department?

It's a scam. Ignore the message.
