I bought Office 2024 for my Mac recently. I encountered many problems.

I first installed it successfully. But when I opened any app e.g. Word, it showed the message "Activate Microsoft 365 to Create and Edit Your Office 2019 license is not supported with this version of the application" I searched online and the microsoft support center stated that I need to download a software to remove the license. I did that. Now, I am trying to install the office 2024 again, it kept saying 'Failed' Pleaese let me know what I need to do in order to fix this
