This is Tin, I understand that you're experiencing Windows Activation issue at the moment. No worries, I'll do my best to help. Since you've mentioned that you've already used your Product key to your device, it means it's already associated with your hardware or your MS Account. Please just sign in the MS Account that you've used before when you activate your Windows for the first time. To sign in, please click Start menu and type Your Info and hit enter. Please make sure that you are signed in with the correct account. After that, please go to Activation section and run the Troubleshooter.
