My mom made this account for me back in 2010 three years before she passed away. This account is the key into my old iCloud which holds pictures of her that I haven't seen in years because I can't access this account. I don't know the gamer tag that used to be connected to the account. I don't know the password and the account has been blocked for over a year. I had access to it on my other phone not too long ago, but I got locked out one day and I don't remember the password. Is there anyway I would be able to speak to a live agent or somebody that can help me get my account unblocked so I can see the pictures of my mom. You mean the world to me. It's been 11 years since she passed away and I really need this I'm really struggling right now and these pictures can save me. Give me something to fight for.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. To regain access to your blocked account, you can try the following steps:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Since you mentioned that you forgot the password and changed your phone number, you should fill out the Microsoft account recovery form. This form is designed to help you recover access to your account by verifying your identity. You can find it at https://account.live.com/acsr.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. You can sign in with any Microsoft account to reach out to support, or create a new account if necessary. Here’s how to contact support:
      • Go to the Microsoft Support page.
      • Type "recover account" in the search bar.
      • Scroll down and click on "Contact Support".
      • Follow the prompts to chat with a support agent.
    3. Use Different Browsers or Networks: If you encounter issues while trying to reset your password or fill out the recovery form, try using a different web browser or a different internet connection.
    4. Provide as Much Information as Possible: When filling out the recovery form or speaking with support, provide all the information you can remember about the account, including any old passwords, associated email addresses, and details about the account's usage.

I hope these steps help you regain access to your account and the precious memories you hold dear.
