How do I talk to a representative? I have tried many times to sign in with difficuty and mistakes. I DO NOT want Microsoft to block me again!!! I am having trouble with MS Word freezing all the time and while I was trying to fix it 365 dissappeared from my pc and I need to reinstall it or something.
