My airpods do show in the bluetooth list. But clicking them does not do anything. After a while, it returns "No response". its already weird how the device isnt responding to my connection. what's even weirder is that this ONLY happens to some of my devices. Some do show a pin to connect, which connects successfully, but some doesnt.

My drivers are all updated.

If your AirPods are showing in the Bluetooth list but are not responding when you try to connect, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Check Bluetooth Compatibility: Ensure that your PC's Bluetooth radio is compatible with the AirPods. Some older Bluetooth radios may not support newer devices effectively.
    2. Remove and Re-Pair: Try removing the AirPods from the Bluetooth list on your PC and then re-pairing them. This can sometimes resolve connection issues.
    3. Check for Interference: If you are in a high-density wireless environment, interference from other devices may be causing connection problems. Try moving closer to your PC or reducing the number of active Bluetooth devices.
    4. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Although you mentioned your drivers are updated, it’s worth double-checking if there are any specific updates for your Bluetooth adapter. Sometimes, manufacturers release updates that can improve connectivity.
    5. Use USB Dongle: If the problem persists, consider using a USB Bluetooth dongle. This can sometimes provide a more stable connection compared to the built-in Bluetooth radio on older PCs.
    6. Windows Troubleshooter: Use the Bluetooth troubleshooter in Windows to diagnose and fix issues. You can find this in the Settings under Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be helpful to consult the specific troubleshooting steps for Bluetooth devices provided by Microsoft.
