All Office 2019 course educator files can open except for the Access 2019 educator files. It advises to request for permission.

    Hi @Gurdeep Jassal

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you described, I understand that you are currently unable to open the Access 2019 Expert Educator course files. Although the files have been downloaded successfully, you encounter access or permission-related errors when trying to open them, which prevents you from using the course materials as expected.

After conducting some research, I would recommend reviewing the following points and ensuring that your account has the appropriate permissions to access the files:

    -Review the following document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/educator-center/programs/msle/overview

    -Verify folder access permissions

Ensure that the Windows account you are using has full read/write permissions for the folder where the files are stored. Please also make sure the files are extracted from any ZIP archive and saved locally before opening.

    -Review Access Trust Center settings

Open Access > File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add the folder containing the course files to Trusted Locations.

I hope this information will help you.
