No add account option on outlook

No add account option showing. Click on file then account only shows manage still no option to add account. Where do I go from here? Doesn't alter if I am on classic or new version.

You are using the Classic Outlook app that's part of your Microsoft 365 plan, right?
If so, after you click on Files, are you saying you don't see this?
