How do i get live help installing my 365 on my mac?

I purchased Office 365 from Microsoft. It is not working and I can't seem to find any help from Microsoft or how to get help from a live person.

Now I am so frustrated I just want a refund. How do I contact them for a refund?

To contact Microsoft Support:

1. Visit this site: Contact – Microsoft Support
2. In the box that says, “We’re here to help”, type Microsoft 365 installation Mac.
3. Click Get Help > then Contact Support.
4. Choose Chat with a support agent or Request a call.

Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
