I purchased MS 365 license and installed it today. I got a window that indicated issues with 4 items including Word & Excel. I found W & E in Finder/Applications and attempted to open both. I get a window stating No License Found for both. I've tried self help but the links appear to be broken for the items that seemed appropriate for my problems. Need help from you. Thanks! Deonne

It seems that you're encountering a licensing issue with your Microsoft 365 installation. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the "No License Found" error:

    1. Check Your Microsoft Account: Ensure that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account that has the license associated with it. Sometimes, using a different account can lead to this issue.
    2. Run the Microsoft 365 Sign-in Troubleshooter: This tool can help resolve sign-in issues. You can access it through the Get Help app on your Mac.
    3. Sign Out and Sign Back In: Open any Microsoft 365 app, go to your profile, sign out, and then sign back in using the account that has the license.
    4. Check for Updates: Make sure your Microsoft 365 apps are up to date. Open Word or Excel, go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    5. Reinstall Microsoft 365: If the above steps do not work, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling Microsoft 365. You can use the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter to assist with this process.

If you continue to experience issues, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
