I get stuck on the redeem credit page. It can't find the billing profile

When I redeem my startup credits, I get to the Redeem credit page. It finds by Billing Account, but it spins and can't find the billing profile. The Redeem button at the bottom is not active because of this, so I can't make progress. I've created a Microsoft Customer Agreement Azure account. I've verified that I have a Billing Profile correctly setup.
