Hi Mr or Mrs Microsoft,
How long before you fix the following problem ?
From 23 01 2026, Outlook in Windows 10 22H2 is becoming irresponsive ; when restarting the app, all the same emails are re-downloaded.
OK, so there were patch to install. Sone last week.
The problem has resumed from 29 January 2026.
So, I am sick and tired to spend my WE trying to fix issues generated by your updates.

hI , do YOU REALLY EXPECT THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER TO UNDERSTAND THIS ? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5015684-featured-update-to-windows-10-version-22h2-by-using-an-enablement-package-09d43632-f438-47b5-985e-d6fd704eee61
It appears that the issue you are experiencing with Outlook becoming unresponsive and re-downloading emails is related to updates released on or after January 13, 2026. This specific problem has been acknowledged, and a resolution was provided in the out-of-band update KB5078129, which was released on January 24, 2026.
If you have not yet installed this update, it is recommended to do so, as it includes important improvements and resolutions for the issues you are facing. Additionally, for those who are still encountering problems, moving the Outlook PST files out of OneDrive may serve as a temporary workaround.
For more detailed guidance on resolving Outlook-specific scenarios, please refer to the documentation on how to remove an Outlook .pst data file from OneDrive.
Make sure to keep your system updated to avoid such issues in the future.
