I’m an engineering student. My ASUS ZenBook is stuck in a BitLocker key loop after installing software for academic purposes. I entered the correct key, but Windows loops back, cannot connect to the network, and reset/restore options are unavailable. Need urgent guidance to recover my system safely.

Are you able to force your PC into the recovery environment using these steps.
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see if Windows will boot up correctly.

    .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

    .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If none of the available options in the recovery environment work to resolve the problem, a WIndows Reset will not work on an encrypted drive, if it is looping, really the only option would be to create a bootable Windows USB on an empty 8GB USB flash drive on another PC and use that to wipe the drive to remove the encryption and clean install WIndows, this process would delete all data from the drive, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

    Click this link:  https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created to begin installing Windows 11.

During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 11 on this PC'.
