Hi Community.  Dohn here again.  See the 2 attached screenshots.

I am having a recurring problem with Auto Restart.

I have informed the Feedback Hub of this Auto Restart problem maybe a half-dozen times over the last several weeks.  Unfortunately, my latest Windows Preview Update on THUR, 29-JAN-26, did not fix this Auto Restart problem.

On the first screenshot, I clicked on the link to “How would I go about stopping my Win11 computer from sudden unexpected …”.  That link did not take me to the COMMUNITY ANSWER.  That link took me to the webpage in the second screenshot.

Can the Community please point me to the correct link for the COMMUNITY ANSWER to the above question?  Thanks.

P.S. What happened to the Community website?  Is the Community website gone?  What is Learn?  Has Learn replaced the Community website?Screenshot (55).png

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

In the Second Screenshot, scroll down to Windows for Home:

There are many answers available for your similar issue.

However, if your computer shuts down randomly, please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so I can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.

Hi Dyari. Dohn here. Thanks for the prompt reply.

I contacted Microsoft Support (MS) today concerning this issue. I have a case # now. The agent unchecked the box for Auto Restart in Settings, but that did not fix the underlying system problem, which happened again this PM. I will be working with MS to eventually get this problem fixed.

I will save your answer for future reference. Thanks again for your reply. FYI.
