I have been trying for the last 2 hours to talk to an alive agent on how to manage my Microsoft Account but all I get is to answer more questions. I have been answering the same questions over and over but I have not been able to have an agent call me. How can I get to talk to a live agent on my Phone # <mod: PII removed>? Plz call me so I can either update the payment and install the this new edition with copilote included or else enlighten me on what I am to do. thanks. BL
