I am looking into my accounts. I see two charges on for $194.84 on Janaury 26 and another for $140.71 on Jan 25 2026. Why?

    It appears that the duplicate charges you are seeing may be due to an issue with your billing profile. Duplicate charges can occur for several reasons, such as separate billing for different products, rebilled invoices, or adjustments made to your account. Unfortunately, as this is a community forum, I do not have access to your account details to provide a specific answer.

    To resolve this issue, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly. You can do this by logging into your Microsoft 365 Admin Center and submitting a support ticket. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Log into admin.microsoft.com with your admin credentials.
    2. Select the help & support button at the bottom right of the admin center dashboard.
    3. Type in "I need to update billing information" into the search bar.
    4. Select "Contact support" and fill in your details with a description of your problem.

    This will allow the billing team to review your account and assist you in resolving the duplicate charges.

    Access your account's order history and see if you find any purchases with the same amount;
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also follow these steps to identify the purchase;

    Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

    On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help.

    Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

    Then fill out a few more details, after which you will be transferred to speak with an agent.
