have gmail and when forward to hotmail, will not deliver

When a try to forward an email from my gmail account to my hotmail/outlook email, I get a message that it is undeliverable.

I've try several times on different days, and the same thing happens. What is the problem and how to I fix it?

I tried just forwarding the email with one sentence in it, and it would not forward either. I do have the other gmail email account on my outlook. Is that why it will not forward? If so, how would I forward it, then?
