Hi,
May I ask what solutions you have already tried to fix the issue?
In the meantime, if you haven't done the following to clear the Print Queue manually, please try to follow the steps.
- On the command prompt or CMD (Admin), type services.msc and press enter.
- In the list, find Print Spooler.
- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Stop. Leave the services window open.
- Open File Explorer
- Copy and paste the following exact path in the address bar at the top, then press Enter:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS - Click Continue if you see a pop-up asking for permission.
- Delete everything inside the folder.
- Go back to the Services window you left open and right-click on Print Spooler and select Start.
- Then restart your computer and try to print again.
I look forward to your response.
Stay Safe!
