My subscription to 365 doesn't appear in my account

I purchased a Family 365 subscription in May 2025 but it's not showing up in my account. I'm using the same email address as when I purchased it and I have the confirmation email from Microsoft but it doesn't show up. How do I get the two to talk to each other. I've been round so many help pages over the whole weekend and even ask Copilot but I can't get it to work.

Thanks, Ben

If your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is not appearing in your account despite having the confirmation email, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Different Accounts: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account. Sometimes users have multiple accounts and may accidentally log into a different one.
    2. Verify Subscription Status: You can check the status of your subscription by visiting the Microsoft 365 admin center or the Microsoft account services page. This will help confirm if the subscription is linked to your account.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the subscription still does not appear, it may be best to contact Microsoft Support directly. They can assist in linking your subscription to the correct account or resolving any discrepancies.
    4. Check Service Health: Sometimes, service issues can affect account visibility. You can check the service health in the Microsoft 365 admin center to see if there are any ongoing issues.

These steps should help you in getting your subscription recognized in your account. If you need further assistance, reaching out to Microsoft support is recommended.
