Unauthorized access to an owner account

I am reporting unauthorized access to my Microsoft account by another adult who is not permitted to access it. I need a case opened with a ticket number. I need this documented as unauthorized access in case it’s needed for child-safety or legal reasons.

      • Description of unauthorized access
      • Dates/times
      • Safety/legal concerns
      • That the alleged intruder is a separated spouse
