If your emails have disappeared from the Inbox in the Outlook app on your iPhone, it may be due to a filtering issue or a problem with how the app is synchronizing with the server. Here are some steps you can take to try to retrieve your missing emails:

    1. Check Filters: Ensure that no filters are applied to your Inbox that might be hiding the emails. Sometimes, filters can inadvertently hide messages based on criteria like date or read/unread status.
    2. Refresh the Inbox: Try refreshing the Inbox again to see if the emails reappear. You can do this by pulling down on the Inbox list to refresh.
    3. Check Other Folders: Although you mentioned the emails are not in any other folders, double-check the "Deleted Items" or "Archive" folders, as emails can sometimes be moved there inadvertently.
    4. Re-sync the Account: Go to the settings in the Outlook app and remove your email account, then add it back. This can help re-establish the connection and sync your emails properly.
    5. Update the App: Ensure that your Outlook app is updated to the latest version, as updates often include bug fixes that might resolve issues like disappearing emails.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
