- I noticed that you mentioned an attachment in your description; however, I’m not able to see any attached files at the moment. Could you please share the attachment again so I can review it more accurately?
- Could you please clarify how Microsoft Project was installed on your device?
- Additionally, could you please let me know whether you are a regular user or a Microsoft 365 administrator?
When I test in my environment, after going Options => Language I set Office display language and Office authoring languages and proofing to English.

Microsoft Project was able to switch its entire interface to English successfully.
So, I will wait for the screenshots from you so that I can review the setup and continue researching the issue.
