    Hi @abdou abdou ,

if you get the error message "AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity." please take a look here:

    Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

Administrators can request a tenant to be reactivated within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. Tenants that remain in this state for longer than 20 days are deleted.

If you need to reactivate your tenant:

    • Refrain from submitting another assistance request while your existing case is in process and until you receive a response with a decision on this case.

You can also try to sign in using the Tenant Id in the Azure Portal URL: https://portal.azure.com/<TenantId>

Instead of the Tenant Id login with the Tenant Name works as well: https://portal.azure.com/<yourTenantName>.onmicrosoft.com

    Regards

The error message you are encountering, AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, indicates that your Azure tenant has been marked as inactive due to not being used for a certain period. When a tenant is inactive, it may lead to being blocked from access to services.

To resolve this issue, the tenant administrator can request reactivation within 20 days of the tenant entering an inactive state. If the tenant remains inactive for longer than 20 days, it will be deleted and cannot be recovered. If you want to reactivate your tenant, you should contact Microsoft support for assistance.

If you do not plan to reactivate your tenant, be aware that it will be deleted after 20 days of inactivity, and you should review Microsoft's data protection policies regarding data management.
