If you experienced network connectivity issues during your exam for AI-102, you may request a waiver of the retake waiting period. To do this, you need to provide a Pearson VUE case number that confirms the issue. Waivers will not be granted for any other reason. If you did not create a case with Pearson VUE regarding the connectivity issue, you will not qualify for a waiver.
