I need to keep Microsoft Office on my old computer and put it on my new computer. Do I download for all users to my new computer?

Hello !

You can choose "Install for all users". Each macOS user on your Mac still needs to open an Office app and sign in with their own Microsoft account (especially with a Family subscription) to activate their own license. It does not use extra license slots on the subscription itself.
