3, Restart Bluetooth-related services
- Press Windows key + R, type
services.msc, and press Enter - Restart Bluetooth Support Service
- Restart Bluetooth User Support Service
4, Update the Bluetooth driver
- Right-click Start and select Device Manager
- Expand Bluetooth
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver
- Choose Search automatically for drivers
5, Turn off Fast Startup
- Go to Control Panel > Power Options
- Select Choose what the power buttons do
- Select Change settings that are currently unavailable
- Uncheck Turn on fast startup
