    Hi chandra mohan reddy,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you’re unable to connect Bluetooth devices such as a headset on Windows 11.

Please make sure you have already tried the suggestions provided by Q&A Assist. In addition, please try to follow these steps:

1, Remove and re-add the Bluetooth device

    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices
    • Select the previously paired headset
    • Choose Remove device
    • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on
    • Put the headset into pairing mode and add it again

    2, Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

    • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
    • Locate Bluetooth
    • Select Run and follow the on-screen instructions

    3, Restart Bluetooth-related services

    • Press Windows key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter
    • Restart Bluetooth Support Service
    • Restart Bluetooth User Support Service

    4, Update the Bluetooth driver

    • Right-click Start and select Device Manager
    • Expand Bluetooth
    • Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver
    • Choose Search automatically for drivers

    5, Turn off Fast Startup

    • Go to Control Panel > Power Options
    • Select Choose what the power buttons do
    • Select Change settings that are currently unavailable
    • Uncheck Turn on fast startup
    • Restart the PC

6, Test with another Bluetooth device

    • Try pairing a different Bluetooth headset or speaker
    • This helps confirm whether the issue is device-specific

If you're having trouble connecting Bluetooth devices like headsets to your HoloLens, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Ensure Bluetooth is On: Go to Settings > Devices and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. If it is already on, try turning it off and then back on again.
    2. Check Device Compatibility: Ensure that the headset you are trying to connect is supported. HoloLens 2 supports Bluetooth A2DP audio profile for stereo playback, but it does not support the Hands Free profile for microphone capture.
    3. Charge Your Device: Make sure that your Bluetooth headset is fully charged or has fresh batteries.
    4. Restart HoloLens: If you still can't connect, try restarting your HoloLens device.
    5. Companion Apps: Some Bluetooth devices may require companion apps from the Microsoft Store to function properly, so check if you need to install any for your headset.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, further investigation into the specific headset model and its compatibility with HoloLens may be necessary.
