Years and years ago I signed up for Microsoft 365 for my two daughters going off to college for their two laptops. They both graduated years ago and have not had those laptops for years, but we keep getting charged for the 365 subscription that they no longer use. I thought I solved this with you three years ago but we keep getting charged. At the end of January 2026, we were once again charged $139.08. I must close this 365 subscription and I would like a refund for the past three years (since no one has used this 365 subscription for years). This has been so long ago, the laptops are long gone and nobody remembers what email address is associated with this account so we can't access it. You have never sent us a bill, the only way for me to have you access this account is if I give you the credit card number that you keep charging us on. I have tried and tried and tried to talk to a live person but your website is a maddening loop and you can never get to a live person. My work email is: ******@bellomyresearch.com. Please answer this and give me a phone number to call and talk to a live person to resolve this. Thank you for expediting this request. Curt Anderson

To cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you will need access to the account associated with the subscription. Since you mentioned that you do not remember the email address linked to the account, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: You can reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They may be able to help you locate the account using the credit card information that is being charged. You can find support options here.
    2. Cancel Through Your Credit Card Issuer: If you are unable to access the account and resolve the issue directly with Microsoft, you could consider contacting your credit card issuer to dispute the charges or to stop future payments.
    3. Refund Request: For refunds, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, as they handle refund requests based on account verification.

Unfortunately, without the email address or account access, it may be challenging to cancel the subscription directly through the Microsoft website. However, contacting support is your best option for resolving this issue.

I don't want an AI answer (that's absolutely worthless) I want to speak to someone . Microsoft support also is absolutely worthless, it's endless bot loop that ends up saying "I'm sorry I can't help you goodbye." The credit card company says to resolve it with you and you say to resolve it with them, you've stolen 3 years of money from us when it was supposed to be resolved. This canceling a subscription would take 3 minutes if I can just talk to someone!!!!!!!!!!

Please give me a phone number to contact a live person (not the useless Microsoft support 800-number) to cancel my subscription that has not been used in three years.
