how to reset location detection on my pc to ON

    all location options are grayed out and will not let me change them to ON.

    Thank you for the information. It's possible that Geolocation services is disabled.

    Press Win + R

    Paste:

    services.msc

    Find Geolocation Service

    Double-click it

    Set:

    Startup type: Automatic

    Service status: Running

    Click Apply - OK

    Then, please test again.
