How do I delete Hacktool:Win32/Keygen and Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A on windows 11?

My teacher helped download a pirated version of adobe creative cloud, but I ran a windows full scan, and it picked up these threats, but windows defender CAN'T REMOVE THE THREATS， the progress bar is just looping. Even when I manually find the threats, i can't delete it

According to your issue, I can suggest you run a Windows Defender Offline scan:

Go to "Virus & threat protection" > Scan options > Microsoft Defender Offline scan.

Additionally, I suggest using the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) to try to remove these threats.

My pc is running windows 11 24H2, and windows defender fails to remove/quarantine the threats every time.
