I'm trying to connect a Cricut and bluetooth will not connect. Advance button for bluetooth option is not on my computer. How do I get it?

Is the Bluetooth option not showing up to turn on?
Can you access the device manager in the Bluetooth tab > are there any drivers with errors?
If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

Did you try using the troubleshooting tool: Start Menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshoot > Bluetooth
