This is Tin, I can see here that you're unable to activate your MS Office. First thing, please check the status of your license from https://account.microsoft.com/services, please check there if its active.
If it's active, kindly sign in your MS Account on your MS Office apps. Please open MS Word, click File then Account, please sign in your account with the license. Then it try to activate it again. Please let me know how it goes.
